Issac Merkle has been employed by the
PD/CLO since 1996. He is the head of Information Technology. His
responsibilities include implementation and maintenance of networked
computer systems and software. He has developed several solutions to
aid attorneys in collaboration, large case preparation, and
presentation. He has presented his work to the Tennessee Public
Defenders Conference, TACDL, and the Office of Justice Programs in
Washington, DC.
Jason Murray joined the IT staff of the PD/CLO
in 2002, after several years working with internet service providers.
His expertise includes wide area networking and
security. In addition to providing audiovisual, development, and
general technical support services, he is responsible for the office’s
open source initiative.
